What is the benefit of using Cover360?

With Cover360, you can customize your insurance quotation in less than 2 minutes by choosing your preferred insurer, sum insured, and add-on coverage. Furthermore, you can renew your vehicle's road tax immediately when you purchase insurance coverage.

What is the information needed to renew my vehicle insurance and road tax?

The essential details required for the renewal process are the Vehicle Registration Number, NRIC, Postcode and Marital Status.

How many months before the expiry date can I renew my vehicle road tax and insurance?

You can renew your road tax and insurance up to sixty (60) days before its expiry.

How long does it take to deliver my road tax?

Your road tax will be delivered to your doorstep within 1 – 2 working days.

Can I renew my road tax if I have outstanding traffic summons?

During the renewal process, JPJ online service will check for any outstanding summons and/or blacklist records. It is recommended that you make payment for all your outstanding traffic offences to avoid any disruption in road tax renewal. In the event that your car is blacklisted in the system, you will not be able to renew your road tax.

What add-on coverage options are available?

Several add-ons are available, including windscreen damage, car audio and accessories damage, natural disasters damage, strike/riot damage, passenger liability claims, workshop compensation time, and complimentary car usage in case of theft or accident. Please note that not every insurance package will include all of these add-ons.

How do I know if my renewal is successful?

After a successful transaction, you will receive two (2) emails containing the invoice and e-policy. If you did not receive any email confirmation, please contact us for immediate assistance.

How long will it take for customers to receive their policy?

Customers will receive their policy via their registered email address within 24 hours, provided there are no processing delays. In most cases, customers can expect to receive their policy within just 1 hour after completing their insurance renewal.
